Fundraising Ops That Actually Work for You

Managing donor data, reports, and CRMs can feel like juggling too many pots on the stove. I get it. That’s why I started Good Soup—to take the frustration out of fundraising operations and replace it with systems that run smoothly, efficiently, and with less stress for your team.

💡 Let’s create systems that truly support your team, strengthen donor relationships, and set you up for long-term success—without the headache.

Your Fundraising Operations Sidekicks

Hi, I’m Dena, and more often than not, I’m accompanied by my wonderful pup, Wally.

Work with me, and you’ll get to work with Wally too. He’s a chill and supportive guy—great for morale, not so great at improving fundraising operations. Luckily, that’s where I come in.

I help nonprofits recover lost donor revenue, boost retention, and build systems that actually support their teams—so they can focus on what truly matters: relationships and impact.

Before founding Good Soup, I spent years in nonprofit development, most recently as a Director of Development, helping raise funds for a $5M annual budget. I’ve worked across major gifts, grant writing, and fundraising strategy, and I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to juggle donor relationships and broken systems. The backend work—the stuff most fundraisers don’t love—is exactly what I do love. That’s why I started Good Soup: to help nonprofits streamline their operations, strengthen donor connections, and finally make their systems work for them, not against them.

I’ve always been drawn to technology and problem-solving, but for me, it’s never just about efficiency—it’s about people. Fundraising is deeply human work. The right tools and processes should enhance connection, not replace it. That’s why my approach is hands-on, empathy-driven, and tailored to your team’s needs—no one-size-fits-all solutions here.

At the end of the day, I handle the tedious, time-consuming stuff so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships, telling your story, and driving impact.

Values

Fundraising is about people, not just numbers

Behind every donor record is a relationship. My job is to make sure your systems enhance, not replace, that human connection.

Inclusivity and equity guide everything I do

Fundraising should be ethical, accessible, and community-centered. I design solutions that respect the people behind the data—ensuring no one is left out.

Strong systems create more opportunities

When operations run smoothly, fundraisers have more time to connect with donors, tell compelling stories, and grow support.

Sustainability isn’t just a goal—it’s how I work.

I build long-term, adaptable solutions so your team isn’t constantly troubleshooting, fixing, or reinventing systems.

Kindness is non-negotiable

Nonprofit work is demanding. I lead with empathy, patience, and respect—because the last thing you need is more stress.

Collaboration means playing to our strengths

Let’s each do what we do best. I’ll take care of the systems so you can focus on your mission.
